Born from a passion for innovation, Nanoxield pioneers advanced fabric technologies designed to elevate comfort, protection, and performance, crafted for everyday life and extreme environments alike.
About Nanoxield
Nanoxield is a cutting-edge polyester fabric enhanced with advanced nanotechnology, specifically nano titanium dioxide (TiO₂). Designed with performance in mind, NanoShield was rigorously tested by SGS between May 20 and June 3, 2024, across several critical aspects:
Whether under the sun, in motion, or on the job, Nanoxield delivers reliable comfort and defense where it matters most.
UV Resistance and Protection
Super Hydrophilicity and Moisture Absorption
Antibacterial and Antimicrobial Properties
Self-Cleaning Properties
Heat Reduction

UV Resistance and Protection
Nano TiO₂ in NanoShield reflects, scatters, and absorbs UV-A and UV-B rays, offering strong protection against harmful solar radiation.
TiO₂ is a naturally occurring mineral widely used for its UV-blocking and light-reflective properties. When integrated into our polyester yarns, it transforms how the fabric interacts with light, heat, and moisture.
Smarter Fabric
Through Science
UV Reflection & Protection
• TiO₂ reflects ultraviolet (UV) rays, preventing them from penetrating the fabric and heating up the body.
• This helps in keeping the fabric and skin underneath cooler under sunlight.
• It also protects skin from UV damage.
Infrared (IR) Heat Management
• Titanium dioxide can reflect part of the infrared (IR) spectrum, which is associated with heat.
• By bouncing off near-infrared light, the fabric absorbs less heat from the sun, keeping you cooler in hot environments.
Moisture Regulation & Breathability
• Though polyester is not naturally breathable, TiO₂ can be part of engineered yarns that include micropores or are blended with moisture-wicking technologies, helping the fabric dissipate heat and sweat more effectively.
Photocatalytic Freshness
• In some advanced applications, TiO₂ can act as a photocatalyst, breaking down organic materials (like sweat or odors) when exposed to sunlight.
• This doesn’t directly cool the body, but it keeps the fabric fresher and more comfortable, especially in warm weather.
